Powerhouse!!! I don’t think my head stopped banging through the entire runtime. Spirit Adrift maintain their throne as one of the top traditional heavy metal bands of today because they know the recipe: righteous licks and color-popping melody infused with red-hot energy. The difference between a torch-carrier and someone phoning it in is how much fun they are having, channeled into you. Also, damn, Nate has built those pipes! Loved the neck pickup bluesy solos earlier in the record as well.
